The Conference Assistant performs administrative support activities for multiple supervisors. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task is key, and organizational skills are essential. Some responsibilities include: creating and maintaining email lists for targeted conference marketing in a multi-state region, developing messages for social media, and offering support to the Conference Director in a wide variety of tasks requiring solid computer and phone skills.
Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
