Join the co-chairs of CEC's Standards Development Workgroup for an informative webinar about the current revision work to strengthen and refine CEC's Professional Preparation Standards. As a Specialized Professional Association (SPA) in partnership with the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), CEC must review and revise its standards every 7 years to ensure the standards are reflective of trends, developments and evidence-based practices in the field of Special Education. CEC has tasked the Standards Development Workgroup with this important work of refining the CEC Initial and Advanced Standards by 2020.
