In this fun and functional class students will learn how to pack their own lunch for school or other events. Students will practice choosing a variety of foods from the food groups to create a healthy balanced lunch. Students will practice preparing the food (i.e. cutting fruit or vegetable, assembling sandwich, etc.), storing food (i.e. wrapping, putting in containers, etc), and food safety habits (i.e. washing fruit, keeping foods cold, etc.).
