“The Conference is a chance to connect, like an academic reunion,
where I learn fresh ideas to collaborate with others in
Northeast Ohio and beyond.”

-Tracy Masterson, PhD, Conference Co-Chair

“Listening to a person on the spectrum is the best way
to become a better professional.”

-Rochelle Nyer, CCC-SLP, Conference Co-Chair

“Just when I think the conference can’t get better, it does. One special thing this year was that our son attended and participated in the self-advocate track. It was a life-changing experience for him.”

-Joe Kraft, parent, board member

Each June, Milestones Autism Resources presents their Annual Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Conference. The Conference is a huge success with approximately 1,000 attendees from at least 10 states, more than 120 speakers, 90 workshops, and at least 40 exhibitors at the Cleveland I-X Center for two days. This inspirational event brings together family members, educators, therapists, medical professionals, and individuals with autism to share evidence-based practical strategies and best practices to help members of the autism community reach their potential and the greatest level of independence.

Participants enjoy educational workshops and facilitated lunch discussions, including a panel discussion and lunch session for individuals with autism, a sponsor/professional networking lunch, and facilitated family member networking lunches.

Recent keynote speakers include Barry Prizant, PhD, CCC-SLP, renowned speech therapist and autism consultant, and Sondra Williams, author, poet, speaker, and individual with autism. Local and national experts present leading-edge research and field-tested strategies.

We thank all of our attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors and look forward to serving your autism needs throughout the year.
